Whether you're aspiring to become a chef or fear starving once HUDS no longer feeds you, Cambridge Culinary School can teach you how to make everything from crème brûlée to Jello to crème brûlée-flavored Jello. Classes range from full-year professional courses to 1-day sessions, where you can learn the secrets of Classical French Cuisine or the basics of baking ($75-80/per 3hr class, $280 for 4 classes). Those interested in pursuing a culinary career can choose from a certificate program or a professional program, and students can expect help with job placement upon graduation.
