Assembly Square is a mixed-use, smart growth development along the Mystic River in Somerville, Massachusetts. The site is located in east Somerville, Massachusetts, is a 145 acre lot that is divided into several parcels. It is located within several miles of downtown Boston, is accessible via I-93 and Route 28/Middlesex Fells, and adjacent to current subway and commuter rail lines.
