The OPENAIR Circus is a non-profit circus offering summer classes for children, as well as workshops and performance opportunities to people of all ages. As a community based organization, the OPENAIR Circus works to encourage neighborhood participation in the arts, and to promote leadership and self-esteem for children and teens. Students have performed in Somerville's ArtBeat Parade and Spice of Life Festival, Cambridge's Riverfest, Caribbean Carnival and Summer in the City Program, Boston's First Night Parade and Harvest Festival, WGBH's Ice Cream Festival, and King Richard's Faire in Carver.
